How to reset your password

1. On the login page, select Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email address on your account and submit the form.
3. Open the password reset email and follow the link.
4. Enter and confirm your new password, then sign in.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it still does not arrive, submit a support request with the email address you are using.
